Herbers Zone specializes in high-quality plants including:

  • CRAPE MYRTLES
  • HERB PLANTS
  • Magnolia Trees
  • PERENNIAL PLANTS
  • TOPIARY PLANTS

We take great care in nurturing our plants and provide detailed care instructions with each order. While we make every effort to display accurate colors and descriptions, actual plants may vary slightly due to natural variations and your monitor’s display settings.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you’re offering to purchase our products under these terms. We’ll send an order confirmation email once we’ve received your order. Please note this doesn’t mean we’ve accepted your order; we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

Payment is processed at the time of order. Your card will be charged when we confirm your order.

3.3 Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with attention to plant health and packaging safety. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Shipping Limitations

Currently, we cannot ship to:

  • Asian countries
  • Certain remote regions

If your location isn’t serviceable, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipping to protect plant health. We’ll notify you if this affects your order.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unplanted
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Herb Plants (from our HERB PLANTS collection)
  • Topiary Plants (from our TOPIARY PLANTS collection)

If these items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos.

5.3 Return Process

  1. Contact us via email within 15 days of delivery
  2. Wait for approval from our Garden Advisors (within 2 business days)
  3. Package your return using original packaging when possible
  4. Ship your return to our nursery using a trackable service

5.4 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refund timing depends on payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Gift Cards/Store Credit: Refunded as store credit

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Herbers Zone shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from plant purchases
  • Issues resulting from improper care after delivery
  • Shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Local climate conditions affecting plant health

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected products.
