We carefully prepare each order with attention to plant health and packaging safety. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery to Asian countries and certain remote regions may not be available.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope every plant exceeds your expectations, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our plants.
Return Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unplanted and in original packaging when possible
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Herb Plants (from our HERB PLANTS collection)
- Topiary Plants (from our TOPIARY PLANTS collection)

Refund Information
